Unique piece – only one available

This Indian Ushak runner draws inspiration from the classical Anatolian weaving tradition, reinterpreted with a soft, earthy palette and a refined floral layout. Stylised palmettes and rosettes unfold across the sage green field in a mirrored, vine-linked arrangement, creating a sense of balance and quiet movement.

The beige border, framed by subtle guard bands, offers a gentle contrast with its simplified floral repetition, providing structure without disrupting the rug’s serene flow. Muted tones of cream and beige enhance the design’s subtlety, making it an easy fit for transitional interiors or hallways where understated elegance is key.

Hand-knotted from wool on a cotton foundation, this runner offers both durability and timeless appeal. Its versatile proportions make it ideal for grounding long corridors or softening the edges of a traditional or rustic space.

Introduce a touch of heritage to your home with this Indian Ushak runner—beautifully balanced, quietly expressive, and effortlessly adaptable.

What size of rug should I purchase?

If you need help finding a rug to suit, or if you've seen a rug that you like but it's not quite the right size, let us know and give us your minimum and maximum sizes and we can help you find the perfect rug.

How do I care for my handmade rug or carpet?

Handmade Persian and Oriental rugs should be vacuumed regularly, we always recommend that where possible you should use the suction-only setting on your vacuum as it is more gentle on the pile and will help prolong the life of your rug. However we do recognise that most people will use the brush bar and this of course does a more thorough job.

Key is to ensure the rug does not become overly dusty a small dust and debris particles like sand can be sharp and can cut through the fibres over time.

We do suggest you be careful nearer the tassels (fringes) and sides (selvages) of the rug as these get caught in a vacuum.

On top of this we recommend professional rug cleaning every 5 years or so, this will help remove ingrained dust and dirt and refresh the rug, ensuring it maintains its looks for years and even generations to come.
