Covid-19 Coronavirus Delivery & Returns Information
While our store is closed as a result of the restrictions in place due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we continue to operate online as usual. Any orders placed online will be despatched from our store as normal, either for local delivery or via courier, free throughout mainland UK and at a reduced fee for highlands and islands and the rest of the world. Dispatch and delivery may take a few days longer than normal as a result of increased strain on courier services and also operating on a skeleton staff for warehousing purposes. However, you can be rest assured that your rug will be delivered as promptly as possible.
We are also being more flexible with our returns procedure as a result of the current lockdown and even offering free collection where and when possible - it may not be possible or practical to return the rug(s) as quickly as normal, however we would ask that you notify as soon as possible of the desire to return your item, and ask that you do so well within the normal 14 day policy of returns. We can then arrange collection if required or organise a date that the store will be open to receive returns. Of course the rug(s) should but be used and should be stored safely and securely should you not wish to keep them.
Cleaning and returns will be dealt with as speedily as possible and any questions or queries can be dealt with via email, live-chat or phone.

Free Next Day Delivery
At Little-Persia we are different in that every rug you see on our website is in-store in our Glasgow showroom. We do not store rugs in warehouses or order them in from suppliers once purchased online. As a result of this we can offer free next day delivery to mainland UK addresses as long as a rug is ordered before 11am.
We use next day delivery as standard so you can have your rug as quickly and efficiently as possible and will do all we can to make sure your rug arrives the day after you have ordered it as long as it is orerded before 11am and you request next day delivery by email or phone call - our cut off time for collection with our couriers is 12 noon and we need some time to pick, package and book your rug out for delivery. We do not deliver during the weekend unless requested (at an additional cost), so rugs ordered on Friday will arrive on the following Monday or Tuesday depending on order time.

Next Day (before 12 noon):
Rugs can be send on special delivery to arrive the next day before 12 noon, or on a specified day before 12 noon. This service costs an additional £15. Orders must be placed before 11am and contact us before purchasing to ensure service is available in your area.
Next Day (before 10:30am):
Rugs sent out on special delivery to arrive the next day before 1pm. This service costs an additional £20. Orders must be placed before 11am and please contact us before purchasing to ensure the service is available in your area.
Saturday Delivery
This service costs an additional £30. Orders must be placed before 11am on the Friday, although ideally earlier and you should contact us in advance to arrange.
14 Day Free Returns Policy
Should you receive your rug and it does not work out for whatever reason, you may return it for a no-quibbles full refund or replacement. To return your rug, unused, you can contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will organise a collection via UPS or another courier. The rug must be packaged in a similar fashion to how it arrived. Once safely returned we will issue you with a full refund.
If you have purchased your rug in-store, simply return it to the store and we will issue you with an immediate refund.
Additional details, images and potentially even videos of any of the rugs can be sent on request which should help to minimise the risks of not liking the rug once it arrives.

If you are able to pick the rug or rugs up you are welcome to do so from our store. If so, we will offer you the chance to take the rugs home for a free home trial with no obligation to buy. Our address is:

Terms of Service
Any goods sent for repair or cleaning services that are left un-paid, or uncollected (unless return delivery is part of the repair or cleaning invoice) are liable to be sold under the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977. If payment and/or collection is not forthcoming within 2 weeks of the customer being invoiced, a notice will be sent informing the customer of the intention to sell the the goods under the Act in order to recover the costs of works carried out plus any costs relating to the sale, plus storage fees for the length of time it takes for the goods to be sold. The sale of any goods will not take place until 3 months has passed from the notice of intent to sell.
Any goods left for repair or cleaning that are due to be collected and not collected within 2 weeks of invoice (whether paid for or not) will be subject to a storage fee at a rate of £5 +vat per week, unless otherwise agreed.
