Free Uplift & Delivery:

We use a next day delivery courier as standard and will do all we can to make sure your rug arrives on a pre-arranged day, we do not deliver or uplift during the weekend unless requested at an additional fee.

Free uplift and delivery is subject to a minimum cleaning or repair fee of £250+VAT subject to weight (under 30kg) and insurance value. If your cleaning or repair costs are under this, uplift and delivery generally costs around £35-40. To add insurance to the delivery and/or uplift the costs are £6 per £1000 cover each way.

Stains & Colours :

Some stains are permanent and cannot be removed, we will do our best to remove and reduce stains but clients must be aware that depending on the nature and length of time that stains are present in the carpet it may not be possible to remove them.

Similarly, when re-knotting areas of wear, holes or tears it is not always possible to find exact colour matches. This can be made even more difficult by sun-fade and wear, where the original colour of the wool has changed over time, this makes it almost impossible to colour match as even using the exact same colour of wool to the original would not provide the same colour. We promise to do all we can to get as close a match as possible when repairing your rug.

Pick-up & Delivery Address :
