Rug Returns Policy
14 Day Return Policy
Should you receive your rug or take it home and it doesn't work out for whatever reason you can return it for a no-quibbles refund or replacement. Simply roll it up to ensure it does not get dirty or damage and contact us within 7 days then return the rug to us within 14 days for a refund.
We can have the rug uplifted if you prefer and are able to package it and be at home on a specified day. Otherwise you can bring the rug in-store yourself or post it yourself (ensuring the rug is fully insured in transit in case of damage). Once we have received the rug we will process a full refund minus any delivery costs.
Free Home Trials
Remember we offer free home trials, eliminating any worry or hassle when selecting a handmade rug. Simply provide us with contact details and passport or driver's license number and sign a form consenting to full responsibility for the rug whilst in your care and you can take the rug home to see it in place without paying a penny!
Most people have the rug or rugs a day or so before buying or returning it to the store however longer periods can be discussed based on circumstances.
This service is also available at a distance - clients and interior designers are able to have a selection of rugs delivered and picked up for trial in-situ as long as they are willing to pay delivery costs. Contact us for details.
Custom Rugs & Sourcing
We cannot accept returns for custom made rugs. However we may be able to offer store credit for any fee or deposit on a custom rug. Rugs sourced for a specific need may or may not be returnable on a case by case basis. This will be established before importing the rug. Contact us for details.
