If for any reason you wish to return your rug, Little-Persia provides a 14 days
full money back guarantee or a replacement rug of your choice, excluding
transport charges which is usually a small fee. Little-Persia can arrange a
convenient date to uplift the rug from your home. The rug should be securely
packaged for transport; furthermore the rug must not be damaged in anyway.

Please note there will be a handling/restocking charge for returning the
clearance/reduced price items. Any questions about our return policy,
services and carpets should be emailed to info@little-persia.com

Delivery information
Normally your rug is delivered by the next working day before 3pm, unless you/us
specify otherwise. You will be contact regarding the delivery of your rug via
email or telephone; If you haven't heard from us within 24hrs please contact us
