Rug Delivery Information

Standard Delivery:

Standard delivery will be sent to the UK mainland at no charge. Items will be despatched once payment has cleared and should arrive within 7 working days.

Next Day (before 3pm):

Rugs can be send on special delivery to arrive the next day before 3pm. This service costs an additional £20. Orders must be placed before 12 noon.

Please note this service is not available if rugs are purchased on a Tuesday.

Next Day (before 1pm):

Rugs sent out on special delivery to arrive the next day before 1pm. This service costs an additional £25. Orders must be placed before 12 noon.

Returns

You may return the rug or rugs in their original condition and your money will be refunded minus the cost to us for delivery, this is charged at a flat rate of £20 per rug. Please note you will also be responsible for any return handling charges back to us. (we can organise for the rug to be collected from your home by our courier - it must be packaged well - this service is charged at £20 per rug). Contact us regarding multiple rug returns.

Pick-up Address & Free Home Trial:

If you are able to pick the rug or rugs up you are welcome to do so from our store. If so, we will offer you the chance to take the rugs home for a free home trial with no obligation to buy. Our address is:
